Join one of our Yoga and Wellbeing Day Retreats. A full day, that from beginning to end, allows you to feel the benefits of switching off, powering down, leaving work, family, technology behind. Allowing someone else to guide you through a day of activity, mindfulness, creativity and nourishment. Enjoy your own space amongst like minded people, connecting to positive energy and kind intentions.
Depending on the venue and the weather – the day may include; energising yoga, restorative yoga, yoga workshops, gong baths, mala making, plant based cookery demonstrations, nourishing vegetarian and vegan food or inspiring talks, each contributing to an overall feeling of wellbeing.
