Being Energised with Studio Classes

Angie delivers a unique blend of movement positivity yoga, based on the Hatha Vinyasa yoga, fused with modern movement progression. This results in a steady, strong, deliberate flow, designed to improve strength, stability and flexibility. Classes are held in a private, calming studio, nestled in the beautiful New Forest village of Hyde. Classes will both motivate and challenge you, physically and mentally, with options throughout the sequences to suit all levels. Angie’s yoga is centred around understanding how you can enjoy a practice to benefit your own body and mind, blending an awareness of the movement with an understanding of your body. Incorporating breathing techniques and brain mapping hacks, you will work body and mind and be ready to enjoy Svasana! Angie leave a class with a feeling of invigoration in relaxation.

We occasionally mix it up and offer different styles of yoga, workshops and talks, all of which will inspire, relax, or inform you. These experiences will expand your knowledge of yoga and how it can benefit your health and wellbeing.

Choose Your Class Day and Time:

Classes are offered in blocks, from 4-8 weeks, dependent upon the time of year. Select the class you would like to regularly attend and please remember if you ever need to swap a day or time, we will do our best to accommodate. (With advance notice you can also join by Zoom if you are butting up against logistical challenges)

Your class pass also gives access to a variety of classes which you can enjoy any time to suit you, these are accessed by password in the recordings page.
