All things Being

All things Being… what does this mean?

To me it means being human, being me, being open, being active, being kind, being positive, being vulnerable, being strong, being supportive… so many things.

I have always had an interest in health and wellbeing, enjoying nutritious food, regularly exercising outdoors - cycling, walking, running and practicing yoga for over 15 years. I enjoyed a fulfilling professional career, starting, growing, investing in several businesses.

I began teaching yoga in 2020 and I deliver my classes in a way that can be enjoyed by all levels, I offer plenty of variations and modifications to poses to ensure you bring your body to the pose. Having personal experience of two hip replacements I can empathise and adapt poses for anyone dealing with physical limitations or who may have therapeutic recovery needs.

Combining mind, body and breath Yoga respects your limits, invites you to be curious and expands your experience of well being, in a safe and nurturing environment. If this resonates with where you are in your life, I can certainly help.

All things Being offers you live classes in a private yoga studio with beautiful views (zoom also an option), day retreats and workshops, all delivered with experience and passion.

Angie

Originally from Yorkshire, I moved to Hampshire when relocating a business in 2001. I have three children who have all flown the nest but are still a big part of my life, as are my two dogs! I have loved starting and growing businesses and continue to invest and mentor - thriving on the energy and creativity of the entrepreneurs I meet.

I practiced yoga in the UK, Portugal and India and completed my 200hr TTC in Spain at Suraylila, with the world renowned Frog Lotus Yoga School. I continue to learn and expand my knowledge and offering to you by regularly attending workshops and courses and bringing new learnings into my teaching.
